As a law firm, 360 Law Firm is subject to the Danish Act on Measures to Prevent Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism. Under this Act and the Code of Conduct for the Danish Bar and Law Society, we are obligated to collect identity information on both new and existing clients who have not previously provided us with such information before we initiate any work. Once client identity information is received and verified you can obtain information on bank account details.

In the event of bank insolvency, the depositors will be covered in accordance with the regulations on the Depositor and Investor Guarantee Scheme. The Danish Deposit Guarantee Fund covers registered deposits up to an amount of EUR 100,000 per depositor. The maximum amount of EUR 100,000 applies to the total deposit in the bank even if amounts are placed in different accounts.

Special rules apply to deposits made in connection with real property if the property has been used for or is intended to be used for non-commercial purposes. In such case, the Danish Deposit Guarantee Fund will cover up to an amount of EUR 10 million until 12 months after the deposit has been made and irrespective of whether the deposit is placed in a separate account. Admission

All lawyers at 360 Law Firm are admitted to practice law by the Danish Ministry of Justice and are registered with and members of the Danish Bar and Law Society.All lawyers at 360 Law Firm is covered by the company’s third-party liability insurance and warranty scheme effected with HDI Global Specialty SE, Indiakaj 6, 1. sal, 2100 Købehavn Ø. The third-party liability insurance covers all legal services provided by 360 Law Firm’s lawyers irrespective of the location of the performed services.

Fee

All fees are subject to written agreement.360 Law Firm does not apply provisions regarding governing law and/or venue unless this is expressly agreed upon with the client.

Complain

360 Law Firm’s lawyers are subject to the Danish Bar and Law Society’s supervisory regulation and disciplinary system and the code of conduct, see Section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. The ethical rules for lawyers also apply. I henhold til denne lov og Advokatsamfundets adfærdskodeks er vi forpligtet til at indsamle identitetsoplysninger om både nye og eksisterende kunder, som ikke tidligere har givet os sådanne oplysninger, inden vi påbegynder rådgivning og levering af vores service. Når kundens identitetsoplysninger er modtaget og verificeret, kan du få oplysninger om bankkontooplysninger.

I tilfælde af bankens insolvens er indskyderne dækket i henhold til reglerne om indskuds- og investorgarantiordningen. Den danske indskudsgarantifond dækker registrerede indskud op til et beløb på 100.000 EUR pr. indskyder. Det maksimale beløb på 100.000 EUR gælder for det samlede indskud i banken, selvom beløbene er placeret på forskellige konti.

Der gælder særlige regler for indskud i forbindelse med fast ejendom, hvis ejendommen er blevet brugt til eller er beregnet til ikke-kommercielle formål. I sådanne tilfælde dækker den danske indskudsgarantifond op til et beløb på 10 millioner euro indtil 12 måneder efter, at indskuddet er foretaget, og uanset om indskuddet er placeret på en separat konto. Beskikkelse

Advokaterne hos 360 Law Firm er beskikket af Justitsministeriet i Danmark og er en del af Advokatsamfundet samt Danske Advokater.

Alle advokater hos 360 Law Firm er omfattet af firmaets ansvarsforsikring og garantiordning tegnet hos HDI Global Specialty SE, Indiakaj 6, 1. sal, 2100 Købehavn Ø. Ansvarsforsikringen dækker al advokatvirksomhed udøvet af 360 Law Firm, uanset hvor advokatvirksomheden udøves.

Salær‍

Salær fastsættes efter skriftlig aftale med klienten.360 Law Firm anvender ikke aftaleklausuler om lovvalg og/eller værneting, medmindre dette aftales særskilt med klienten.

Klage

360 Law Firm er omfattet af Advokatsamfundets tilsyns- og disciplinærsystem og af reglerne om god advokatskik, jf. retsplejelovens § 126. Herudover gælder de advokatetiske regler. De regler, der særligt gælder for udøvelse af advokaterhvervet, kan findes på Advokatsamfundets hjemmeside www.advokatsamfundet.dk.

I tilfælde af en tvist om salær opkrævet af 360 Law Firm og/eller utilfredshed med en af 360 Law Firm advokaters adfærd, kan klienten klage over salærets størrelse og/eller adfærden til Advokatnævnet, Kronprinsessegade 28, 1306 København K, www.advokatnaevnet.dk.
